These Terms govern your use of QRMenu.link. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. This document is published in English and applies to all language versions of our website.
QRMenu.link ("we", "us", "the service") is operated by Vera Support LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. You can reach us at [email protected].
QRMenu.link lets a food or hospitality business publish a digital menu that its guests open by scanning a QR code. You manage your menu from a web panel: you add categories, items, prices, photos, allergen and calorie information, and translations. Changes you save are published to your live menu.
Your subscription includes hosting, your menu address, your QR code and unlimited updates.
The service is intended for businesses. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the business you register. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for everything done through your account.
Some features are sold separately as one-time purchases, for example multi-language menus, premium designs, WhatsApp ordering, a waiter-call button, a campaign banner, a custom menu address, and the AI Menu Wizard. Prices are shown in your panel before purchase.
Add-ons that consume usage credits (such as the AI Menu Wizard) are delivered as a set number of uses. Credits that have already been used are not refundable.
The menu content you upload — item names, descriptions, prices, photos and other material — remains yours. You grant us only the permission needed to host, process and display it as part of the service.
You confirm that you have the right to use the content you upload, including photographs, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You are responsible for the accuracy of your prices and product information.
Optional AI features can create a menu from a photo or PDF, suggest allergen and calorie information, translate your menu, or propose stock images. These features are provided on a best-effort basis and can make mistakes.
You agree not to use the service to publish illegal content, to infringe intellectual property, to send spam, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other customers' data, or to disrupt the service. We may suspend an account that does any of these things.
We work to keep the service available and fast, and we monitor it continuously. We do not, however, guarantee uninterrupted availability: maintenance, third-party outages and events beyond our control can cause interruptions. We aim to keep any planned maintenance short and outside peak hours.
Support is provided by email at [email protected].
We may suspend or close an account if payment fails, if these Terms are seriously or repeatedly breached, or if we are required to do so by law. Except in cases of abuse or legal obligation, we will contact you first and give you a chance to put things right. You may close your account at any time by cancelling your subscription.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects you, we will notify customers by email or in the panel before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. If you are a consumer in another country, you keep any mandatory protections your local law gives you.
